Setting up your council account is simple:

1. Contact your account manager to request access
2. Complete the council registration form
3. Verify your council email address
4. Set up your administrator account
5. Add additional council staff as needed

Your dedicated implementation specialist will guide you through each step of the process.

To import ward boundary data:

1. Go to the Analytics section in your dashboard
2. Select "Geography Settings"
3. Click "Import Ward Data"
4. Upload your GeoJSON or SHP file
5. Map the fields to GPOD's requirements
6. Confirm and process the import

We support standard GIS formats including GeoJSON, SHP, and KML files. For assistance, contact our support team.

To generate grant-ready reports:

1. Go to the Reports section
2. Select "Grant Reports"
3. Choose the relevant funding stream (e.g., UKSPF, YIF)
4. Select the reporting period
5. Choose the metrics to include
6. Generate and export the report

Reports are available in PDF, Excel, and PowerPoint formats, ready for submission to funding bodies.
